- If our services are required and agreed upon, we will issue a Letter of Agreement containing price quotations and such; a retainer is also required from you into our Trust account for our services
- We will proceed with your case and necessary disbursements are deducted from the retainer made by you into our Trust account (see previous step); We will contact you regarding the progress of the case.
- Funds deposited into our trust account by you will be considered as your money until we have closed the matter, at which we will then issue a bill for our services and deduct accordingly.
